Fight Fatigue

Whatever your weight in pounds (lets say 160) then drink 1/2 in ounces of water (which would be 80 ounces) each day. That will be just right for you.

Fight Fatigue

If you're feeling sluggish, drink 2 glasses of water. The most common cause of fatigue is dehydration.
